As an example, the real estate investments are currently characterized by illiquidity, reliance on intermediaries, and lengthy, complex processes that make lending expensive for issuers in the traditional sale method. The pool of suitable investors is limited, making capital formation difficult to achieve. That’s why we provide two distinct pathways: the traditional sale method and the innovative tokenization solution. Through tokenization, issuers can digitize the entire onboarding and KYC process, automate compliance, and introduce much-needed liquidity to an asset class that has long been deprived of it.
