INTERCORP is a joint-stock company whose main business activity is the holding and strategic management of assets. We begin with a conventional, EU-compliant private offering under local regulations. Investors participate through standard agreements with full KYC/AML verification. Each offering is structured in line with MiCA exemption limits, ensuring responsible procedures within approved thresholds and respecting investor caps per jurisdiction.
In parallel, we focus on investor education and regulatory alignment. Legal documentation, custodial structures, and disclosure standards are established from the start — laying the foundation for future tokenization. This phased approach allows participants to understand the process and ensures that every step remains compliant with MiCA transitional provisions and private placement exemptions.
Once the legal framework and investor base are ready, equity positions can be mirrored into compliant digital tokens on the Polygon blockchain. These security tokens retain the same shareholder rights and governance rules, while enabling controlled secondary market options under the MiCA-compliant exemption framework.

The pool of suitable investors is limited, making capital formation difficult to achieve. That’s why we provide two distinct pathways: the traditional sale method and the innovative tokenization solution.
